Daniella Batsheva is a UK-based cryptid, sponsored by the Arts Council of England for her achievements in the field of illustration. She specialises in entertainment, favouring collaborative projects with the potential to uplift other creators.

An ever-present compulsion to draw snowballed into visual branding, art direction, consultation and design. Daniella's approach is an amalgamation of multiple disciplines with a touch of innovation where necessary. She thrives when given the opportunity to lend her expertise to projects that incorporate a strong aesthetic and backstory.

• has work in the British Library Collection

• once headbutted a shark when diving under a rogue wave

• lives in a haunted Victorian era nunnery

• had Christmas dinner with Sylvester Stallone

• often followed by an alarming number of bees.

• had an executive chef begrudgingly ask for her grandma's recipe

• has eaten scorpion (tastes like a leathery land crab)

• rode a camel more than once

• stinkbugs are called "berry farts" in Swedish

Working with a wide spectrum of clients, Daniella's experience ranges from brands to public figures like Paramount Studios, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and Paris Jackson. She was named first female Lead Illustrator at Kerrang! and has moved on to creating visual campaigns for clients that are looking to add a little spice to their brand.

Daniella loves collaborating with creative teams, as long as no one minds her painfully American enthusiasm. She has a firm belief that finding something to enjoy about every project is the key to yielding the best result. Ideally, the fun of creating will translate to a high quality finished product.

Daniella enjoys spending her free time volunteering. She has helped raise money for the British Red Cross and Wires Wildlife Rescue. She is now contributing as an all-around creative person at Willesden Cemetery. Partly because she loves history and partly because she wants an excuse to frolic dramatically through tombstones while wearing a cape.
